پہلے تو جب مجھے جنریٹر موصول ہوا تو اس کا اسپارک پلگ ٹوٹ چکا تھا۔ میں نے اسپارک پلگ تبدیل کرنے کے بعد، یہ چلنا شروع ہوگیا۔ لیکن اب یہ چلتا ہے لیکن برقی طاقت پیدا نہیں کرتا۔ جو کہ اس کا واحد مقصد ہے۔ میں نے مکمل کے مکمل چند بار کسٹمر سپورٹ سے رابطہ کیا لیکن ان کا جواب یہاں تک تھا کہ میں منیوئل پڑھ لو۔ میں نے ان سے کہا کہ منیوئل میں اس مسئلے کے بارے میں کوئی معلومات نہیں ہے۔ اور ایک اور بات، وہ واقعی اس شخص کو نوکری سے نکالنا چاہیے جو میری سوالات کا جواب دے رہا تھا۔ جب میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ پٹرول کے ساتھ اس کے ٹینک میں کنسی قسم کا انجن آئل مکس کرنا ہے، تو انہوں نے مجھے بتایا کہ یہ صرف پٹرول پر چلتا ہے اور اس کو کوئی انجن آئل کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی۔ میری رائے میں، یہی وجہ ہوسکتی ہے کہ پہلے کسی نے یہ شکایت کی تھی کہ ان کے جنریٹر کا انجن جم گیا تھا۔ یہ میری اس کمپنی کے ساتھ تجربہ تھا۔ اگر آپ اپنی محنت کمائی ہوئی رقم ادا کر کے ایک خراب مصنوعات حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو میرے مہمان ہوسکتے ہیں۔ میں بالکل اس سیلر کی سفارش نہیں کروں گا۔
